To the Family of Jane Russell:

On behalf of the members of the Troy Literacy Council, I extend to you our deepest sympathy on the passing of Jane Russell. Jane has been a strong advocate of literacy as a very active member of L.I.F.E., the forunner of the Troy Literacy Council, Inc. Jane's work is being continued today by 18 active tutors.
We know she has left long lasting, valuable impressions on the students she worked with. She will be honored with a memorial book which will be presented to the Troy-Miami County Library at the end of
our fiscal year in 2013.

We will also honor Jane's memory at our 40th Anniversary celebration in November 2012.
